This is the infamous 'Club 33' (for the 33rd degree of masonry) the only place in Disneyland that serves alcohol. Once a gathering place for private guests of Walt, now a night club.

More from breakfast. That monkey tricks Pinocchio into going to the donkey island, but never saw Tarzan so I have no idea what the monkey is about.
